Shapes, shadows, lines and colors. That is how I see the world.

I began taking photos as a child with an old camera. For me, it was fun to catch an event or image to keep forever. My dad let me try his Canon SLR and I learned technique. When my first photo, of a spiderweb in the Everglades, turned out as clear as I remembered I was hooked. I have had a camera in my hands ever since.

My subject matter has progressed from family trips to modeling photos with friends to sporting events to travel photography. I enjoy traveling throughout the US and abroad, recording the unique sights, architecture and people. I notice particular angles and moments that I'm compelled to capture with my camera.

I wish to transport you through my photos to a time or place, one you may remember and relive or one you may dream about. I hope to evoke a mood or emotion that you want to come back to again and again. My photos are meant to enlighten and intrigue you, to encourage you to be curious.
